The Poochles Gift Card is an E-Gift Card. When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that they can use at checkout to redeem its value:
When making a purchase, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive.
The gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. You can view and manage the status of each gift card in your Poochles Account.
When you redeem a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:
If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click complete order.
If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you are prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

Poochles processes all food orders the same day if the order is placed before 3 pm.
Poochles will try to deliver Dog & Cat Food to your doorstep within 24-48 hrs in some cities. In other cities it will be delivered within 5-7 days.
We know the importance of getting your pet food to your door quickly! However please bear some delays that may occur beyond our control.
All Other Categories
For all other categories, Poochles processes all orders the same day if the order is placed before 3 pm.
Orders that are placed after 3pm will be processed the following day. Your Products Will reach your doorstep within 5 working days of placing the order.
